The candidate will monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance and maintain fountains, planters, and other features through cleaning, repairs, and replacements. Responsibilities include installing new plants, maintaining flower beds, trimming and pruning trees, mowing and edging lawns, operating irrigation systems, and managing waste. The role also requires operating equipment such as dump trucks and tractors, and completing safety training and certifications.

• Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance.
• Maintain fountains, planters, and other grounds features by cleaning, replacing, or repairing.
• Install new flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs.
• Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes by watering, removing weeds, and trimming.
• Replace and transplant trees, flowers, and shrubs.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs.
• Trim and edge grass in areas where mowers cannot reach.
• Mow, edge, and rake lawns and perform other lawn maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems.
• Remove and bag trash from all exterior trash cans.
• Operate dump trucks, tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport equipment, supplies, and debris.
• Wash, clean, and refuel all equipment after use.
• Follow all company safety and security policies; report defective equipment, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to a manager; complete safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; protect company assets.
• Support the team to reach common goals and adhere to quality expectations and standards.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤ 50 pounds without assistance.
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination.
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and up and down ladders.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
• Remove snow and perform ice‑management maintenance (if applicable).
• Use manual dexterity and gross motor skills frequently with bi‑manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
