Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day landscape maintenance and operations across multiple sites.
- Lead and supervise landscape teams, supervisors, technicians, gardeners and subcontractors.
- Ensure high standards of soft landscaping, irrigation, turf, planting and horticultural maintenance.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment and daily work schedules.
- Monitor preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, safety and client requirements are maintained.
- Manage landscape projects, seasonal planting, pruning, fertilization and pest-control activities.
- Coordinate with clients, FM teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare operational reports, manpower plans and performance updates.
- Control costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Agriculture or a related field
. - 8+ years of landscape experience
, preferably within Qatar/GCC. - Proven experience in landscape maintenance and FM operations
. - Strong team leadership and client-management skills.
- Good knowledge of irrigation systems, horticulture, turf management and soft landscaping
. - GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Qatar driving license is an advantage.
