Body Shop Quality Controller

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reports to Bodyshop Branch Manager / Workshop Manager. Responsible for ensuring the quality standards throughout the Bodyshop inclusive of Quality Control Assurance Auditing and inspecting the quality standards are in line with Manufacturers standards.

• Conduct quality testing and assurance for all repairs to ensure work is completed in line with job orders.
• Monitor and ensure that quality standards are implemented in all areas of activity and report any deviation upon occurrence.
• Conduct detailed final overall inspection for all vehicles prior to delivery.
• Whilst testing and inspecting vehicles note any additional work required and report to Service Reception accordingly.
• Maintain records of quality inspections and tabulate workshop quality levels monthly making recommendations for actions required to improve quality levels.
• Ensure Health Safety and Environmental standards are maintained throughout the site within legal requirements and in line with Company policy. Report any out-of-line conditions to the Branch Service Manager. This also applies to personnel performing company business off site. Maintain records of any out-of-line conditions showing corrective action taken with dates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.

• Dealership Experience (3‑5 Years)
• Must have Qatar Driving License
• Ability to understand and speak English
