• Implementing and maintaining the project's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure adherence to company and international standards.
• Reviewing and approving critical project documents, including Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Procedures (QCPs), and material submittals.
• Performing site inspections, material inspections, and internal audits to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Ensuring all project activities, from fabrication to commissioning, comply with relevant codes, standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ISO), and client requirements.
• Preparing comprehensive quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action reports (CARs).
• Collaborating with project management, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensuring that the QA/QC professional's work, such as proposed work procedures or the execution of inspections, receive official approval or sign-off from the Quality Engineer (QE) before proceeding or being considered complete.
