As QA/QC Clerk you will respond/report to the Client and be part of our company’s various projects within the Client Support Personnel.
How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities MissionSupport the implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, ensuring that all QA/QC and client-related documentation complies with company procedures, project requirements, and contractual obligations, while providing effective support to Clients and internal teams.
Tasks- Support the implementation of the Project Quality Plan and QA/QC procedures
- Ensure compliance with project quality, contractual, and Client requirements
- Control, review, register, and archive QA/QC documentation in accordance with company document control procedures
- Verify the completeness, accuracy, and traceability of quality records prior to submission to Clients
- Prepare, compile, and submit QA/QC deliverables, inspection reports, and quality records to Clients
- Maintain document registers, transmittals, revision control, and filing systems (hard and soft copies)
- Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and QA/QC teams to collect required documentation
- Track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and follow-up actions
- Support internal and external audits by providing required quality documentation and records
- Act as focal point for Client quality-related correspondence and documentation requests Ensure effective communication between project teams and Clients on quality matters
- Monitor the status of Client submissions and provide status updates to the QA/QC team
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management
, Engineering
, Business Administration
, or related discipline (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC support, document control, or Client support roles
- Previous experience in EPC/EPCI, Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, or large construction projects is an advantage
- Experience interacting with Clients and managing quality documentation in a project environment
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to communicate effectively with multinational teams, Clients, and Vendors
- Knowledge of QA/QC systems, procedures, and documentation
- Familiarity with quality records, inspection reports, and Client deliverables
- Understanding of document control principles and quality traceability
- Basic knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001) is an advantage
- Attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Excel (tracking logs, registers, status reports)
- Word (document formatting, templates)
- Power Point (basic project reporting)
- Outlook (professional communication and coordination)
- Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) is considered an advantage
