Road Marking Quality Control Inspector
Our Quality Control Inspectors play a vital role in upholding the standards of every road marking project we deliver. From checking thermoplastic material certifications to measuring retro reflectivity values on completed markings, this role ensures Qatar's roads meet the highest safety and durability standards.
Responsibilities- Inspect road marking works at all stages: pre-application, during application, and post-completion
- Measure line widths, thicknesses, and retro reflectivity using calibrated instruments
- Review material test certificates and delivery records against project specifications
- Raise and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) through to resolution
- Compile quality records and inspection reports for client and Ashghal submission
- Attend pre-construction meetings to review quality plans and ITPs
- 4+ years QC experience in road marking or highway construction
- Familiarity with BS EN 1436 retro reflectivity and skid resistance standards
- Experience with Ashghal quality procedures and QA documentation
- Proficient with measurement instruments including retroreflectometers
