CH2M HILL PMC Quality Assurance Engineer – Doha, Qatar
Qatar is hosting the 2022 FIFA World Cup and will be the first Middle East nation to stage this event. The associated construction programme is part of a major country regeneration effort, including the development of required infrastructure and non‑competitive venues.

CH2M Hill is the programme management contractor responsible for the management of competition precincts, training venues, common domain precincts, operations, post‑games works, and the coordination of regeneration programme integration works, acting on behalf of the client Qatar 2022 Supreme Committee.

Support the delivery of the Q22 Programme and satisfy the quality of the Integrated Management Systems requirements and its certification.

• Ensure the highest possible standard of advice is provided to all management and delivery teams to rank the 2022 FIFA World Cup Programme as an industry leader.
• Carry out quality activities across the Programme.
• Review and propose updates to Integrated Management System procedures as necessary.
• Conduct internal audits of Integrated Management System procedures and work methods.
• Raise and track non‑conformances, deviation requests and corrective actions.
• Assist with the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) process.
• Understand and communicate the intent of the Integrated Management System.
• Measure ISO 9001 compliance through system review and audit.
• Ensure QA activities are adequately documented in procedures.
• Assist with presentations of the Integrated Management System to Q22 and other interested parties.
• Continuously challenge the QA function to improve quality outcomes.

• Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience on large construction projects.
• Excellent administrative skills with ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Training in auditing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of essential PC and standard applications software.
