We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector with hands-on experience in joinery and wood manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards, specifications, and client requirements throughout the production process.
Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished joinery products (e.g., cabinets, doors, furniture).
Ensure compliance with project specifications, shop drawings, and quality standards.
Monitor production activities to verify adherence to approved methods and procedures.
Identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations; prepare inspection reports and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
Coordinate with production, design, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
Perform dimensional checks and visual inspections of woodwork and finishes.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of materials and finished goods.
Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and reports.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards applicable in Qatar.
