• Write, review, and continuously improve cargo procedures to ensure alignment with cargo policies, corporate directives, and industry regulations
• Enhance existing procedures by closing process gaps, eliminating duplication, and improving operational efficiency
• Consolidate stakeholder feedback on newly implemented procedures to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Support user departments by understanding core cargo processes and translating operational needs into effective documented procedures
• Conduct gap analysis to assess process efficiency and identify weak points for improvement
• Perform preparatory activities for ISO 9001 annual plans, ensuring standards, documentation, and records are current and accurate
• Monitor Quality Management System implementation across functional units through internal audits in line with ISO 9001 standards
• Support management in extending ISO certification across the network and in pursuing additional relevant ISO or industry certifications
• Maintain and update the Qatar Airways Cargo Quality Management System manual to ensure accuracy for users and auditors

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with relevant job-related experience
• Strong understanding of process documentation, quality management systems, and internal controls
• Knowledge of ISO standards, QMS requirements, and aviation or cargo-related regulations
• Experience with industry standards such as IATA CEIV or similar frameworks
• Analytical mindset with experience in gap analysis and process improvement
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams
• High attention to detail with a structured and compliance-focused approach
