• Maintain and control QA/QC documents related to painting works.
• Manage ITPs, method statements, inspection reports, and test records.
• Ensure proper document numbering, filing, and tracking.
• Coordinate with QA/QC engineers and site teams for document updates.
• Submit documents to client and maintain approval records.
• Track revisions and ensure latest versions are in circulation.
• Maintain project document registers and logs.
• Ensure compliance with company and client documentation standards.
• Support audit preparation and documentation review.

• Diploma / Degree (any relevant discipline) – Mandatory.
• Experience:
  
  8–10 years in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation for painting/coating works.
• Familiar with ITPs, inspection reports, and project documentation systems.
• Experience in handling client submissions and approvals.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and document management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary: QAR 4,000 – 4,500.
