Leads the quality assurance and control oversight, ensuring the Contractor’s QA/QC systems, processes, and deliverables comply with project specifications and standards.

• Review and approve Contractor’s QA/QC Plan, ITPs, and procedures.
• Monitor implementation of quality processes during design and construction.
• Lead quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities.
• Review NCRs, corrective/preventive actions, and ensure timely closure.
• Ensure compliance of materials, workmanship, and testing processes.
• Report quality performance, risks, and improvements to the Client.
