Compliance Officer, Quality Assurance - QA/QC

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, GDP guidelines, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
- Monitor and maintain compliance documentation, SOPs, and quality records.
- Track compliance findings and support CAPA implementation and closure.
- Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and monitoring activities.
- Coordinate compliance training and awareness programs.
- Support principal compliance requirements, including third‑party and vendor compliance.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain regulatory records.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is mandatory.
- 4–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs.
- Good knowledge of GDP, pharmaceutical regulations, audits, and quality systems.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
