Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil) – Gulf Craft Trading & Services WLL, Doha, Qatar – Full‑time on site.

Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor Project Quality Plans (PQP).
- Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable international standards.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third‑party agencies.
- Conduct internal quality audits and participate in external audits.
- Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions.
- Review material submittals, inspection reports, and QA/QC documentation.
- Monitor welding, coating, civil, and pipeline construction quality activities.
- Ensure all QA/QC records are maintained and submitted as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with construction teams to resolve quality‑related issues.
- Support project close‑out documentation and final handover.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. - Certification:
Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) is an advantage. - Experience:
Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in infrastructure and pipeline projects; proven experience working on Qatar Energy projects; QE Dukhan Project experience considered a strong advantage.
