Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) is seeking a QA Backend Tech Lead to drive QA strategy across the backend ecosystem and mentor QA engineers in product teams.
The role focuses on testing distributed microservices, gRPC APIs, and Kafka-driven flows, building automated tests, and improving CI/CD quality gates to ensure reliable releases will partner with development and Dev Ops teams, implement observability-driven testing, and drive performance testing for high-load backend services.
