Position OvervieThe Quality Control Chemist will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the established quality standards and specifications. You will conduct testing, inspections, and analyses of materials and finished products to identify any deviations from quality requirements. Your work will support the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfacti
Responsibilit- ies:
Develop and enforce inspection procedures to ensure compliance with quality stand - ards.
Monitor adherence to quality protocols and report any deviat - ions.
Identify and report quality issues, along with trends for continuous improve - ment.
Assign tasks and manage workloads effectively to meet operational g - oals.
Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback for improve - ment.
Review and update quality control processes, procedures, and documenta - tion.
Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality control equip - ment.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related challe - nges.
Support the sales and marketing teams by providing technical insights and ensuring product quality meets market n - eeds.
Analyze quality data to identify patterns and drive strategic improvem - ents.
Conduct root cause analyses for non-conformities and implement corrective act - ions.
Develop and execute quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall product and process effici
Qualifica
- tions:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, Quality Assurance, or a related - field.
Fluent Proficiency in Arabic and English la - nguage.
0 - 2 years of experience in the same - Skills:
Familiarity with quality control methods, inspection techniques, and relevant standards (e. - g., ISO).Strong problem-solving skills to address quality-related issues prompt
