Urgent Hiring QC Inspectors Welding amp Piping Mobilization

Immediate Number of Vacancies 10 Positions The QC Inspector Welding amp Piping is responsible for ensuring that all welding and piping fabrication installation and testing activities comply with project specifications client requirements international codes and quality standards The inspector will perform inspections throughout all stages of fabrication and construction to ensure work is completed safely and meets the required quality standards

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform visual inspections of welding and piping works during fabrication and installation
  • Verify welding activities comply with approved Welding Procedure Specifications WPS Procedure Qualification Records PQR and applicable codes and standards
  • Inspect pipe fit-up alignment dimensions and welding preparations before welding
  • Review and verify material certificates welding consumables and traceability records
  • Witness and monitor Non-Destructive Testing NDT activities such as RT UT MT PT and review test reports
  • Conduct inspections during hydrostatic pneumatic and leak testing of piping systems
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports quality records and punch lists
  • Identify non-conformities NCRs and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Coordinate with construction welding engineering and client representatives during inspections
  • Ensure all work complies with project specifications ITPs ASME API ISO and client quality requirements
  • Participate in final inspections mechanical completion and handover activities
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Valid CSWIP 3.1 or CSWIP 3.2 Welding Inspector Certification
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience after obtaining the CSWIP certification
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, fabrication workshops, or construction projects
  • Good knowledge of welding processes, piping fabrication, NDT methods, and quality documentation
  • Ability to interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, welding symbols, and engineering drawings
  • Good communication skills in English
