Qatar Airways Group seeks an IFEC Quality Specialist to generate detailed performance reports, monitor portal usage, and ensure SLA compliance across fleets. You'll work with engineering teams and suppliers to resolve connectivity issues and drive continuous improvement for passenger experience.
You will analyze bandwidth, uptime, and refund trends, coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders, and help implement new IFEC features across aircraft configurations.
