Your Task And Responsibilities- Job Responsibilities
- Supervising and verifying all blasting and coating works onboard.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards (ISO, NACE, SSPC, ASTM).
- Conducting inspections for surface cleanliness, environmental monitoring, DFT checks, and adhesion testing.
- Preparing daily inspection and non-conformance reports.
- Reviewing coating materials, MDS, batch certificates, and ITPs.
- Coordinating with QA/QC teams and mentoring junior inspectors.
- Ensuring full compliance with the Client and PALFINGER HSE procedures during coating operations.
- Deliverables
- Daily and final coating inspection reports
- Non-conformance and corrective action reports
- Coating material and batch certification review
Final coating dossier and acceptance report
- NACE Level 3 Certification is mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of coating inspection experience in oil & gas (offshore preferred).
- Strong knowledge of protective coatings, corrosion control, and related standards.
- Ability to work in offshore environments and comply with HSE requirements.
- Valid offshore medical and safety certifications (BOSIET and H2S are preferred).
- Transferable visa or ability to mobilize immediately.
