Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
- Supervise and coordinate all QC inspection activities for marine fabrication, welding, structural, and piping works.
- Ensure work complies with approved ITPs, drawings, specifications, WPS/PQR, and project quality requirements
. - Monitor welding, fabrication, fit-up, NDT, dimensional checks, and final inspections.
- Review inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, test records, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with client inspectors, third-party inspectors, supervisors, and project teams.
- Ensure quality issues are corrected and closed within the required timeline.
- Minimum 7-10 years of QC experience
, including supervisory experience in marine projects. - Experience on vessels, barges, shipyards, ports, or marine fabrication projects
. - Strong knowledge of welding, structural fabrication, piping inspection, NDT, and quality documentation
. - Familiar with ITP, WPS/PQR, NCR, inspection reports, and applicable codes/standards
. - CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI / API or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, reporting, coordination, and communication skills.
