Airswift is seeking for a QA/QC Inspect to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.

• Mechanical Engineering degree and/or diploma with experience in Quality Control in a multidisciplinary construction environment.
• Preferably having formal training in QC and membership with a recognized chartered or other professional institution.
• BGAS Grade 2 / NACE Level II Painting Inspector, CSWIP 3.2 / AWS-SCWI Senior Welding Inspector, and ASNT NDT Level II Certification are mandatory.
• Other equivalent certifications provided by internationally recognized organizations may be accepted.

• Minimum 10 years of experience for graduate engineers and 15 years of experience for diploma holders in a similar position within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience in the GCC is desirable.
• Hands-on working experience related to CRA Clad/Lined Pipelines, Flowlines, and/or piping/equipment of exotic materials (DSS, SDSS, Ni, Cr, etc.) welding inspection and testing.
• Sound working knowledge of QC aspects and various testing requirements related to major Oil & Gas and petrochemical-focused construction projects.
• Duties are normally complex and varied and require the ability to work well with contractor personnel and colleagues at all levels in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
