QC Inspector – Instrumentation Madre Integrated Engineering QA​/QC & Inspection

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a QC Inspector – Instrumentation to oversee the quality assurance and control processes for instrumentation installations. The role focuses on ensuring that all work, including cabling, junction boxes, and control systems, meets project specifications and international standards within the Oil & Gas sector.

• Inspect installation of instruments, cabling, junction boxes, and control systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify works against method statements, ITPs, and project standards.
• Monitor calibration, loop checks, and functional testing of instruments.
• Prepare inspection reports, maintain calibration certificates, and quality records.
• Identify non‑conformances, issue NCRs, and follow up until closure.
• Liaise with site engineers, QA/QC managers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to ISO, IEC, and project‑specific QA/QC standards.
• Conduct inspections safely and in line with HSE requirements.

• Minimum 5 years’ QA/QC inspection experience in instrumentation works.

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering.
• ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (Preferred).
• Instrumentation Calibration & Testing Certification (Preferred).
• Valid Qatar government project approvals (Preferred).
