Candidzone is a leading recruitment and HR solutions provider, connecting experienced professionals with reputable organizations across the GCC. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced E&I Inspectors for an ongoing Gas Lift Project in Qatar.
The ideal candidates will have extensive inspection experience in the Oil & Gas industry, valid Qatar Energy approval, and strong technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation inspection requirements, safety standards, and quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform electrical and instrumentation inspections in accordance with project specifications, approved procedures, and applicable standards
- Inspect electrical installations, instrumentation systems, equipment, and associated works
- Verify compliance with project quality requirements, technical specifications, and applicable codes
- Review inspection reports, technical documentation, and quality records
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to ensure inspection requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with electrical and instrumentation safety requirements
- Maintain inspection records and support quality documentation activities
- Support implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of inspection experience, including at least 5 years in Oil & Gas
- Valid Qatar Energy Approval is mandatory
- Must hold Comp Ex and IECEx Certifications
- Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation inspection practices
- Good understanding of applicable industry standards, codes, and project specifications
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and implementation
- Strong communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills
- Proven experience in E&I inspection within Oil & Gas projects
- Ability to work in accordance with project quality requirements and inspection procedures
- Must possess valid Qatar Energy approval and relevant professional certifications
- Candidates must be available for the required mobilization date
