- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations for infrastructure and civil engineering projects
- Implement and oversee QA QC procedures including inspections audits and testing
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and maintain quality plans and procedures
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess quality control measures
- Identify and address quality issues providing recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality-related activities
- Review and approve technical documents drawings and specifications to ensure quality
- Train and mentor junior quality engineers and technicians
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality management
- Support the project team in achieving project goals and maintaining client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum
12 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in infrastructure or civil engineering projects. - Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project-related activities.
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) is preferred.
- Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) are an asset.
- Candidates must hold a valid MMUP registration
