A leading Firm in Qatar, dedicated to providing exceptional services to property owners and tenants, are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman - Property Management.

Job Description

As the Foreman - Property Management, you will take on a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining our diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Qatar. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and maintain commercial and residential properties to ensure they are well‑maintained and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Collect and adjust rent, process payrolls, and prepare financial statements to ensure the smooth financial operations of the properties.

Find and retain tenants, handle leasing, move‑outs, and evictions while providing excellent customer service to our tenants.

Develop and manage budgets, prepare reports, and ensure financial transparency for property owners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless property management.

Prepare reports for the Property Manager, detailing property performance and other relevant data. Follow up on payments and invoices to maintain accurate financial records.

Oversee property maintenance, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in property management in Qatar with a reputable property management company.
A valid Qatar driving license.
Strong knowledge of local property regulations and laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
