A leading Firm in Qatar, dedicated to providing exceptional services to property owners and tenants, are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman - Property Management.

Job Description

As the Foreman - Property Management, you will take on a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining our diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Qatar. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and maintain commercial and residential properties to ensure they are well‑maintained and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collect and adjust rent, process payrolls, and prepare financial statements to ensure the smooth financial operations of the properties.
  • Find and retain tenants, handle leasing, move‑outs, and evictions while providing excellent customer service to our tenants.
  • Develop and manage budgets, prepare reports, and ensure financial transparency for property owners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless property management.
  • Prepare reports for the Property Manager, detailing property performance and other relevant data. Follow up on payments and invoices to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Oversee property maintenance, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Qualifications
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in property management in Qatar with a reputable property management company.
    • A valid Qatar driving license.
    • Strong knowledge of local property regulations and laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
