This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Property Consultant located in Zone 25. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consultations to clients, identifying their real estate needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating property deals, and staying updated with market trends. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with a strong understanding of property markets and industry practices
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and negotiation to successfully close property deals
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple clients and properties
- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for property management and marketing
- Prior experience in real estate is preferred, but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields is an advantage
- Knowledge of Qatar’s real estate market and regulations is a plus
