The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for identifying, securing, and launching new locations for the company’s quick commerce operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate acquisition, project management, and operations within the quick commerce or retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new locations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
