Compensation Structure (Commission-Based)

• Up to QAR 5,000 – No commission
• QAR 5,001 – QAR 10,000 – 35% commission
• QAR 10,001 and above – 40% commission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Broker to manage property sales and leasing transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing transactions while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.

• Identify and generate new property sales and leasing opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms between parties
• Prepare and manage all required documentation for transactions
• Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
• Maintain updated listings and market knowledge
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Valid driving license (preferred)
• Strong networking and lead generation ability
