Job Summary

The Property Management Specialist will be responsible for managing residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and optimal property performance. The role involves handling tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained, operational, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with facility management and maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.
  • Manage tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle lease administration including renewals, terminations, and amendments.
  • Conduct property inspections before tenant move-in and after move-out.
  • Monitor rental payments and coordinate with the finance team for collections and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records, lease documents, and property files.
  • Assist in preparing property budgets and expense tracking.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and services.
  • Ensure work quality, cost control, and timely completion of services.
  • Prepare periodic reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar real estate laws, company policies, and lease agreements.
  • Support property audits and documentation processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in property management within Qatar’s real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of property leasing, tenant management, and maintenance coordination.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and MS Office.
