We are hiring a Real Estate Team Leader in Doha.
We are looking for someone with real experience in Qatar real estate, strong sales background, and the ability to lead, train, and push a team to close deals.
This role is for someone who understands brokerage, knows how to manage agents, follows up seriously, handles clients professionally, and can take responsibility for both personal sales and team performance.
A valid real estate license is required.
Key Experience- Leading and managing real estate agents
- Sales and leasing transactions
- Closing deals and supporting agents in negotiations
- Managing listings, leads, viewings, and follow-ups
- Working with landlords, buyers, tenants, investors, and developers
- Building structure, discipline, and accountability inside a sales team
We offer a fixed salary + commission
