The Senior - Property Consultant (Offplan) is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The individual will be responsible for promoting and selling offplan residential and commercial units, conducting property consultations, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Daily tasks include meeting prospective buyers, presenting project information and investment benefits, organizing site and showroom visits, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all Bin Al Sheikh developments, pricing, and payment plans.
The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams for documentation and contracts, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and follow-up. The Senior Consultant will also contribute to sales targets, market research, lead generation, and relationship-building with clients, investors, and external partners.
- Strong Consulting skills
, including needs assessment, property advisory, and investment guidance for offplan projects. - Excellent Communication abilities
, with clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment. - Proven Customer Service capabilities
, focusing on responsiveness, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship management. - Demonstrated Sales experience
, preferably in offplan or new developments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Solid Real Estate knowledge of the Qatar market, including regulations, financing options, and current trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in GCC real estate markets and fluency in English;
Arabic or additional languages are an advantage. - Strong organizational skills
