Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Tenant Relation Specialist to manage commercial tenant relationships, support lease administration, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the tenant lifecycle. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in commercial property management or tenant relations
Experience managing commercial leases and tenant communications
Knowledge of property management practices and customer service standards
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
SKILLS & COMPETENCIESExperience managing commercial tenant enquiries and relationship management
Ability to coordinate lease documentation and renewal processes
Capable of resolving tenant concerns through effective communication
Strong organizational and documentation management skills
Effective collaboration with operations, leasing, and finance teams
High attention to detail and service quality
Ability to manage multiple priorities within established timelines
