Conduct impactful, professional presentations of exclusive off-plan properties. - Documentation & Compliance:
Manage smooth, accurate paperwork processing through every stage of the transaction. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate enduring connections with high-net-worth clients and industry peers. - Strategic Communication:
Provide ongoing market insights, updates, and expert advisory. - Deal Closure:
Guide clients seamlessly from initial consultation to final contract execution. - Inventory Growth:
Continuously source and onboard high-quality off-plan properties.
- Experience:
Proven, hands-on experience in real estate sales - Skills:
Exceptional negotiation, closing, and interpersonal capabilities - Demeanor:
Independent mindset complemented by a polished and professional demeanor - Languages:
Fluency in English (additional languages are a distinct advantage) - Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Availability:
