• Property Showings:
  Conduct engaging property viewings, highlighting key features, amenities, and benefits.
• Rent Negotiation:
  Facilitate smooth negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure mutually beneficial lease agreements.
• Documentation:
  Guide clients through rental paperwork and ensure complete compliance with legal requirements.
• Relationship Management:
  Maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and team members.
• Sales Support:
  Assist in buyer negotiations, provide market updates, and guide clients through closing processes when required.

  Proven working experience as a real estate agent or salesperson.
