Sales and Leasing Manager

Sales and Leasing Manager at A  Group in Doha, DAW, QA. This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales and Leasing Manager to lead our real estate team, grow business and achieve sales and occupancy targets. You’ll manage the full sales and leasing process, guide and train agents, monitor performance and make sure every client receives professional service from the first inquiry to closing.

• Recruit, Lead, train and manage the sales and leasing team
• Set targets, monitor team performance and achieve cumulative team revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales and leasing process
• Develop strategies to generate leads and close more deals.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, property owners and clients.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates and competitor activity.
• Ensure leads are properly followed up through the CRM.
• Coordinate property listings and marketing activities.
• Prepare performance reports for management.l>
• Ensure all transactions follow company procedures and Qatar regulations.

We’re looking for a confident, organized and target-driven leader with strong communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience in Qatar’s real estate market is preferred.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month

• Experience:
  
  Qatar Real Estate Brokerage: 5 years (Required)
• Sales and Leasing Team Manager: 2 years (Required)
• License/Certification:
  Valid Qatari Driving Licence and a car? (Required)
