Experience:

3–5 years of relevant real estate/leasing experience in Qatar

Responsible for managing property leasing activities, generating leasing leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating with prospective tenants, and achieving assigned leasing targets.

• Generate and follow up on leasing leads through property portals, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Identify prospective tenants and understand their property requirements and budget.
• Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate property information.
• Negotiation of rental rates, terms, and conditions within company guidelines.
• Manage the leasing process from initial enquiry through agreement signing and handover.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective tenants and convert leads into successful leases.
• Maintain an updated database of available properties, leads, and leasing activities.
• Coordinate with property management, administration, finance, and maintenance teams for smooth tenant onboarding.
• Support lease renewals and work towards improving tenant retention.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Monitor Qatar rental market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular leasing reports and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.

• 3–5 years of proven leasing/real estate experience in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar rental and property market.
• Proven ability to achieve leasing/sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client relationship and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/property management systems.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professionally presented.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
