Responsibilities
- Drive and exceed sales and leasing targets by developing and implementing innovative strategies for property acquisition and client engagement.
- Lead mentor and motivate a high-performing team of sales and leasing agents fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire sales and leasing lifecycle from initial client contact and property marketing to negotiation contract finalization and closing.
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize property exposure and attract qualified leads.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Hold a valid Real Estate Broker's license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in real estate sales and leasing, with a proven track record of success.
- Exhibit strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in coaching and performance evaluation.
