About the job Senior Property Supervisor Job Purpose

To oversee and manage all aspects of building and property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations, ensuring properties are managed efficiently, profitably, and in full compliance with local laws and regulations.

• Lead and manage the daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of assigned properties.
• Ensure all maintenance and operational activities, including those carried out by contractors, meet the highest standards.
• Manage tenant relations, address inquiries and complaints efficiently, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
• Prepare and review real estate contracts, lease agreements, and periodic performance reports for management review.
• Maintain strong knowledge of and ensure strict adherence to local real estate laws, regulations, and the administrative operations manual for government buildings.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving property value, occupancy rates, and operational efficiency.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and official government entities.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in building and property management, operations, and maintenance.
• Skills:
  • Proven hands-on experience in Facility & Property Management.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and administrative operations manuals.
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing real estate contracts and detailed performance reports.
  • Excellent tenant management and communication skills.
