Sales and Leasing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Sales and Leasing Manager to lead our real estate team, grow the business and achieve sales, leasing and revenue targets.

You’ll recruit and manage agents, oversee the complete sales and leasing process, monitor team performance and ensure every client receives professional service—from the first inquiry through to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, lead, train and manage the sales and leasing team
• Set individual and team targets and achieve cumulative revenue goals
• Monitor agent performance, lead conversions and completed transactions
• Manage the full sales and leasing process
• Develop strategies to generate leads and close more deals
• Build strong relationships with landlords, property owners and clients
• Monitor market trends, property prices, rental rates and competitors
• Ensure all leads are properly recorded and followed up through the CRM
• Coordinate property listings and marketing activities
• Prepare regular performance and revenue reports for management
• Ensure all transactions comply with company procedures and Qatar regulations

We’re looking for a confident, organized and target-driven leader with strong communication, negotiation and team-management skills. Previous experience in Qatar’s real estate market is preferred.
