Leasing Supervisor *(Female Preferred)
*** We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
** Leasing Supervisor
** to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leasing activities, maximizing property occupancy, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and achieving leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end leasing process for residential and commercial properties.
* Respond to leasing inquiries, conduct property viewings, and convert leads into signed leases.
* Negotiate lease terms, prepare lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals.
* Monitor occupancy levels, vacancies, and leasing performance.
* Coordinate with maintenance, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth tenant move-in and move-out processes.
* Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare periodic leasing reports.
* Support property marketing initiatives and ensure listings are updated across online platforms.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum
** 5 years of leasing experience**, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/property management systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve occupancy and leasing targets.
* ** Transferable visa with NOC preferred.**
