Responsibilities
- Recruit, mobilize and manage field teams for research projects.
- Coordinate quantitative, qualitative and mystery shopping assignments.
- Train and brief interviewers and shoppers.
- Monitor fieldwork quality and project timelines.
- Ensure data collection standards and project compliance.
- Support participant recruitment for qualitative studies when needed.
- Previous experience managing fieldwork for a Market Research, Consumer Insights, CX or Mystery Shopping company.
- Existing network of interviewers, mystery shoppers and field staff in Qatar is mandatory.
- Good understanding of quantitative surveys, qualitative recruitment and mystery shopping methodologies.
- Ability to quickly mobilize teams across different project types.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- English required. Arabic is a strong advantage.
