Overview

Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at Fraser Suites, Doha. As Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences within our hotel’s kitchen. You will support the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team, responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety standards.

• Provide the highest quality of service to customers and employees, reflecting the company's philosophy.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team spirit at all times.
• Produce high-quality food and ensure junior chefs are competent in producing the same.
• Assist in continuous training of junior chefs and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
• Coordinate restaurant and banquet food production, ensuring high standards and correct timing.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to minimise waste.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Train and motivate junior staff, evaluate their performance, and ensure a good team spirit.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for food and customer experience. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion – to create memories that our guests will remember. You have a hands-on attitude with attention to detail and experience in working in professional kitchens.
