Executive Chef vacancy in Doha Qatar for foreigners

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about cooking and has a strong work ethic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all the culinary operations in the kitchen, including menu development, food preparation, and training of staff. They will be able to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that all operational objectives are met.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this position. The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute menus according to established standards

• Ensure that food quality meets the highest standards

• Supervise kitchen staff and manage their shifts

• Train new chefs on proper techniques and procedures

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and food costs

• Monitor food waste and take appropriate steps to reduce it

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic

• Knowledge of current culinary trends

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
