Waiter​/Waitress

On behalf of our client Premium Solutions Consultancy is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters / Waitresses to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests while creating an enjoyable dining experience. This position is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and requires a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

• Candidates need to be presentable (not overweight, no teeth issues, etc.) with strong English communication skills.
• Our benchmarks are high-end 5-star hotels and fine dining restaurants.

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
• Ensure efficient and timely service of food and beverages.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and service.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience as a waiter / waitress in a high-end establishment is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Prior experience in hospitality roles is an advantage.
