The overall scope of the job includes serving Beverages to guests in the assigned place of work, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel and Kempinski in order to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction.

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and drinks according to brand standards.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service to residents / guests at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all beverages, spirits, wines, and bar menu items, and confidently make recommendations to guests.
• Ensure the bar area is always clean, organized, and well-stocked, including mise en place and equipment care.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner, reporting feedback to supervisors as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the bar, including inventory control and cash handling.
• Monitor and manage bar supplies, minimize waste, and assist with ordering and stocktaking.
• Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, fire and safety regulations, and hygiene standards including HACCP.
• Upsell beverages and promote bar specials to maximize sales and revenue.
• Participate in staff meetings, departmental trainings, and ongoing product knowledge sessions.
• Stay up to date with current cocktail trends and continuously develop new recipes.
• Support the team and act as a role model, ensuring a positive and motivating work environment.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Bar Manager or Management.
