Position Overview
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets, including the Grab & Go food counter and Coffee Barista station, at Society Sport Center. This role ensures smooth service, high-quality standards, and excellent customer satisfaction while leading the F&B team, controlling costs, and maintaining compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities – Operations Management- Supervise and operate the Grab & Go food counter and Coffee Barista station.
- Oversee food preparation, beverage quality, and product presentation for all outlets.
- Ensure consistent stock availability for Grab & Go items, snacks, juices, and coffee.
- Guarantee compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Qatar health regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and suppliers for menu planning, new product launches, and stock needs.
- Personally serve as Barista when required and ensure high-quality coffee and beverage preparation.
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Promote new products, combos, and special offers to enhance guest experience and sales.
- Train and supervise staff in Grab & Go operations and Barista service standards.
- Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Motivate team members to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and customer-focused service.
- Monitor sales, reduce wastage, and ensure profitability of Grab & Go and beverage sections.
- Track inventory for food, beverages, coffee beans, and consumables.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and stock usage.
- Maintain records of inventory, wastage, and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and Qatar F&B regulations.
- Report operational updates and improvements to the Operations Manager.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B supervision, with hands‑on Barista and Grab & Go food operations experience.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, specialty coffee machines, and beverage preparation.
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with HACCP and Qatar health & safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Skilled in coffee making and Grab & Go service operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Leadership and team supervision.
- Problem‑solving and quick decision‑making.
- Financial acumen and stock management.
