Executive Chef

We are hiring an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes, as well as a strong knowledge of Indian cuisine. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, creating menus, ordering supplies, and maintaining food quality and safety standards.

• Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
• Oversee food preparation to ensure high quality and consistency
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
• Ensure compliance with health codes and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to develop new dishes or promotions
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into dishes
• Handle customer inquiries or special requests regarding food allergies or dietary restrictions

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
• Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
• Ability to create unique dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
• Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines during peak hours
• Knowledge of health codes, food safety regulations, and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

A degree from a culinary school is preferred but not required. Relevant certifications or courses in culinary arts will also be considered.

The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This position is located in Doha. However, candidates from other cities or countries are welcome to apply.
