The RoleWe're looking for a passionate and service-driven Head Waiter to lead by example, inspire the team, and deliver the warm, attentive hospitality our guests remember long after their visit.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead and support the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day restaurant operations while maintaining the highest service standards.
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Guide team members through service, providing coaching and support to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Build strong product knowledge, making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with confidence, care, and efficiency.
- Work closely with the management and culinary teams to ensure seamless service and memorable dining experiences.
- Maintain impeccable presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant operations.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and attentive in a fast‑paced environment.
- A positive attitude, team‑focused mindset, and commitment to excellence.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
