Sheraton Doha is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee cooks and kitchen staff, ensure proper portioning, plating, and timely food preparation in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will coordinate with the Food & Beverage service team, train and schedule staff, monitor stock levels, maintain safety logs, and uphold Sheraton's standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
