Accor Hotels is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in a luxury kitchen environment. You will ensure excellence in food preparation, presentation and service while upholding brand standards.
In this role you lead a team, train junior staff, monitor HACCP compliance and contribute to cost control. A culinary diploma and several years in premium hospitality are preferred, with flexible shifts across evenings and weekends.
