Job Purpose

To lead culinary operations in a luxury hospitality environment, preparing and presenting high‑quality Italian, Arabic, Chinese, and other international dishes while ensuring food safety, quality standards, menu development, and staff training.

• Prepare, cook and present authentic Italian dishes, maintaining 5‑star hotel standards.
• Prepare, cook and present Arabic, Chinese and Asian dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Manage kitchen sections (hot, cold, grill, pastry or butchery), including mise‑en‑place and inventory control.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Develop and support menu creation, collaborating with chefs and management.
• Monitor food and operational costs, conduct cost analysis and coordinate with departments to optimize expenses.

• Minimum 6‑12 years of culinary experience in luxury hotels or catering environments.
• Experience in multiple cuisines, especially Italian, Arabic, Chinese, and Asian.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train staff and manage inventory efficiently.
